there used to be crazy dudes riding around on push bikes loaded to the max with plastic toys for sale - they just rode up and down the beach and up and down the sreets everywhere. I haven't been to Bali for a few years (going in six weeks!) so can't be 100% sure they are still around - maybe other forumites might know?
