but with a travel agent you get a guarantee that if something goes wrong they must fix it. If you book your flights on line and miss the return flight you have to pay for another flight and for the accommodation while you wait. With an agent you get another flight free of charge.
You can get flights and accommodation cheaper sometimes but even online they charge you commission.
