I post back items all the time as i am always overweight.
I go to the post office next to bintang supermarket.
Usually post the day before i leave as by then i have finished shopping [most of the time]. It is at my door within 3 to 4 days delivered. So much easier than stressing about being overweight.
They are very helpful there as well. Good luck.
