Hard to say without knowing you both.
But dinner ,drinks,massages etc,will be the Norm while you are there
Why not take a bungy jump or white water rafting,or even visit and take supplies to a village or family...At 18 with many anniversaries ahead of you it will be magic where ever u r.
What about wine and nibblies at sunset on the beach
If u want to spend time in Ubud ,stay for early evening when the Herons come in to roost..early evening.Quite a sight
