Um yeah i went onto the Virgin Blue website and booked my airfares that way, which was $140 each way + taxes and sent the hotel a email and booked with them and organised my own driver to pick us up from the airport, so my entire holiday without spending money cost me $615 for 7 nights at the Bali Garden. I went November 2008 stayed 5 nights flew with Garuda and stayed at a 2 star hotel and it was $915.
