Apparently there is a restaurant/bar/cafe on Monkey Forest Road called Lebong Cafe which has been known to show live AFL...so maybe can show rugby also.
Not sure of the exact location,you'll have to do an archive search.
Maybe it's the bar Zabowskee speaks of.
