If anyone needs to top up between trips to Bali the Canning Vale Market Place has a HUGE "supermarket" run by Indonesians who are more than happy to help with cooking (ie, I bought bean sprouts for mie goreng and girl at till said "add last" (I did know lol)
No Martha Tiller but heaps of other cheap indo products (Cinta(sp))
