from my experience in Indonesia health service
this dengue mozzie is quite unique
only live in place where the water doesn't have direct contact with soil (so.....river isn't the place for dengue fever)
and this dengue mozzie works in the morning not at night time
usually around 9-12am because the one that bites you is the female mozzies
so......no need to worry about the nite mozzies as they will not caused dengue
