I emailed direct and got price for a standard room for my friends as that is what they wanted and a deluxe for ourselves.

Deluxe 400,000
standard is upstairs deluxe and only 12 total rooms. We went there to check it out around 4:30 so there would be a lot of traffic and it was very good. We get back 16 June.
Already booked for late Oct/Nov with virgin good price. I will let you know.
