Wouldn't bother with a booster as I haven't been somewhere without a high chair that I couldn't pop a toddler in. Aquiem gel will be all over Bali and cheap - I stock up.
If you use baby bjorn in taxi/car ensure you are belted and the belt is NOT over your baby. Without a belt you can potentially squash your baby if propelled forward with your own body weight and the belt over baby can strangle etc...
I would do extra night in Lovina if the kids will be better with a full days rest rather than two long day trips. My kids would sleep for most of the way in car trips but others might get edgy. Whatever is best for your car driving sanity!
For massages Febris has a spa which is reportedly quite good, they also have a room with toys. I would suggest booking a spa and babysitter with them and request they be babysat in the kids room. Alternatively use your hotel b/sitter and perhaps arrange during nap time so you all relax.
