We looked at a hotel named Sinar a fews ago and it wasnt in the best shape. It was down a laneway off Padma Utara, rooms were very tired, beds sagged, taps wouldnt turn off, fairly ordinary. Is this the same hotel as I think there might be two on the same street with similar names.
Curoious as this one looks nice that you have mentioned but a search bring up different places.
