The Green Garden hotel would be about 5-10 minutes to the Kuta Art market (near Kartika plaza), where as I would estimate 20 minutes from the Green Garden resort (next to Rama Beach cottages).
I have stayed at the Green Garden Hotel - very small, older style property and very budget. Friends of mine stayed at Green Garden resort and didnt like it as much as the Bali Garden Hotel.
