time ago. I found the place to be far too pretentious and after having stayed at some really 'balinese" properties during that holiday it was a real let down. Dont get me wrong - lovely resort pool etc but might as well have been in Australia because didnt feel like Bali. I would recommend staying at propertied in Ubud in same price range to get some luxury but also feel like you are in Bali.
