tamper tells on my suitcases. I am pretty paranoid about the whole luggage thing, so I make sure I lock and lock again. It's not like it is going to put you out by locking your suitcases is it?
Anyway, up to the individual, but I wouldn't travel anywhere without locking my luggage up.
