I didnt bother getting any extra vaccinations for the kids or myself after speaking with mine. I was more worried about maleria at the time and then found out we had left it too late to begin the course anyway. So we just were very precautious about using mozzie protection on the kids and brought our own mozzie nets to place over their beds at night. As well as typhoid and maleria there are other things like tetnus, hepatitis.... so best to get your GPs advice on the latest recommendations and their opinion.
