Used to love drinks in coconut shells and pineapple shells until I saw a waiter behind the bar tip out the remainding drink, straw, flowers etc and wipe the shell out with a not-too-clean rag and pop it back on the shelf behind the bar. Ive since seen it at a few bars in bali. Yucky eew.
