You can change money for a pretty fair rate at the airport. Only change what you need and it won't be too painful. The money changers are there as long as there are planes still landing. Other than that, the exchange rate at the hotel will not be very much higher than that on the street. It may just be more convenient to bite the bullet and change your money there.
