Waterbom Park unless you are from QLD, as Wet'N'Wild is better.
3 Island Rafting with Bali Hai for a fast fun trip, coastal cliff scenery of Nusa Penida, better snorkelling than the pontoon and a seaweed village trip.
En route to Ubud check out Bali Bird Park - definitely worth the hour or so.
From Ubud, White Water Rafting on the Telaga Waja river (reasonably tame)- we found Bali International Rafting a good company.
Also from Ubud, Bali Budaya bike tour incorporates EXCELLENT Volcano and surrounds viewing with breakfast, a plantation visit, a rural village visit, all downhill cycling through rice fields and quiet villages with little kids wanting to Hi 5 you. Then you are served a delicious freshly cooked Balinese meal, visit a family compound and finish off with a visit to the Monkey Forest. Its a big day but SOOO worth it. You get told a fair bit of cultural info as well.
One evening in Ubud go and see a Kecak dance - the chanting and dancing by firelight, in the decorated temple courtyard, is such a treat.
