Everybody must read all of the post of GaryD on this subject as he is correct in all of it. You do not have a license in what ever country you are not covered with insurance that even means a car license. He is correct in what he says. I think the only thing you might have to check is the add on's to carry a surfboarh but GaryD might know this as well.
