When my son travels overseas (he's a bit of a dare devil) I go on and on and on about travel insurance. Last time he went I was on the verge of paying for it online myself, but he showed me proof that he had it. Sometimes people don't think that it can happen to them.
Even seasoned travel forget things... In January my husband 'forgot' to remove the bottle opener, cork crew and scissors from his cabin luggage... silly old bugger!
