Why would you or anyone else expect everyone else sitting on the beach having a beer to stop their conversations just to start talking to you?.
This applies to ANY beachbar and the more people are there the more difficult this would be or would you like 10/20/30 people or more to be shouting across other people and their conversations to get you to hear?
The reality is you cant have a decent conversation with more than maybe 2 or 3 people either side of you in a group situation purely because of having to shout or raise your voice in front of everyone else.
Also just because it is a crowd of people doesnt mean they are all from BTF or any other forum and or THEY want to talk to others outside of the group they are with which may be a birthday or wedding group or any other group actually.
If you turn up at any bar, beach or otherwise,and expect to suddenly just join others conversation and it happens count yourself lucky,if it doesnt dont moan about it just get a life and move on.
