I have used ING insurance think it's actually underwritten by CGU
Had called doctor twice to hotel I paid with credit card on the spot
then rang insurance when I got home & all done over the phone.
My account was reimbursted within 10 days I just have to hold all paperwork from Bali for a year. very easy
My friend had a camera water damaged & rang insurance from Bali to report then sorted out once home in Oz
