the green garden is VERY small, family owned and run. It is pretty old and has a small pool, but budget priced. the restaraunt is yummy and cheap. Green Garden also have a hotel next to Rama Beach and the Febris. We stayed at the Green Garden as we wanted a couple of nights at the end of our trip near the airport and to do some last minute shopping, it was fine for that.
the Jayarkta is MUCH BIGGER, with huge resort grounds. I didnt stay in the apartments as I think they are too far from the hotel facilities and beach. the hotel itself is fine, as long as you dont expect 1st class - you wont be disappointed. I am going back again in May and lots of people are repeat customers of this hotel.
