Yes, I have stayed there now 3 times and we thought it was great. The staff are lovely and couldn't do enough to help. I always feel secure there and the service is good. Breakfast is fine, lots of choices. The dining area is next to the pool overlooking the surf, couldn't ask for anything better. They have a courtesy bus and as long as you book say the night prior you can always get a seat. This runs down to Kuta or you can get off anywhere along the route. The rooms are clean and I would suggest a downstairs unit because the balconies in Superior upstairs are quite small. Very long exterior passageways down each side, depends on where your room is as to how far you need to walk. It is only 2 storey. We have always found the other tourists there quite easy going, not a lot of noise etc. at night and it is on the closer end to the good Seminyak restaurants. Yeah, we like it but of course it depends on the individual. Spa is okay but there are better. Enjoy....
