I had my hair permanently straightened at the Secret Garden in 2004.
It was easily the worst thing Ive ever done. I had some highlighted foils which all burnt out and the rest of my hair was damaged very badly. I went on the recommendations of this forum and maybe I was an unlucky one but I would have thought Ryan would have been professional enough to warn me what would happen to highlighted hair. After all I dropped in three times before making up my mind to go ahead with it. But like lots of things on here it was my bad and good luck to you if you go ahead with it.
