We always stay in Tuban and I can tell you that a couple of very kid friendly hotels are the Dynasty (of course) and the Patra. Both have very good kids clubs. Also the Discovery Kartika is kid friendly and it has a kids club as is the Santika and Bali Garden Hotel - I know that the Santika and Bali Garden are popular with Australian tourists but i dont know if they have kids club or not.
