I found this driver on Trip Adviser and contacted him via email and booked before we arrived.

I just emailed him and said we wanted a day trip.
It included Amplapura markets, a few palaces and the water gardens. We were going to finish the day at the white sand beach, but were hot and tired and gave it a miss, but that includes areas for snorkelling.
Cost was 400,000 Rp for the day and we had a great time and definitely recommend Wayan as a good guide, with great English skills and a clean car.
