We went to both places in february & we thought the safari park was really over rated. No one was allowed to hold the orangutan (sp?) which was the one thing my husband was really looking forward to. Had a photo with a very drowsy lion that was way to big to call a cub. On the other hand we loved the Bali Zoo, the grounds & restaurant were beautiful & the staff very welcoming. Great animal show at 1.00pm with feisty little lion cubs to hold, along with a variety of other animals that everyone can hold & take as many photos with as you like. Just our personal experience & others may have had different experiences.
