shut down. Didn't mind the location at all. New beach path is finished that goes up to Kuta. There's a few restaurant choices up that way Pantai-seafood, Ma Joly-more fancy European food, very nice for a special dinner and more. Otherwise it's just a stroll up to the main strip and heaps of restaurants along there that are good and reasonably priced. Mini, Febri's, new Indian at front of Dynasty and many, many more.
If you don't want to walk then a taxi will only cost you a couple of $.
