I stayed at LBB in April last year. I had booked & paid for a ground floor room with AC & double bed. When I arrived there were no ground floor rooms available so I accepted another room with twin beds on the second floor for one night. This became 2 & would have been more if I didn't put my foot down & demand a refund if I didn't get the room I had paid for.
OK so I have the room now but staff are refusing to replace the towels or toilet paper. To make matters worse I actually became locked "in" my room for about 2 hours after the lock broke.
The pool is small & needs maintenance badly. I think it would really be too quiet for the boys. It is a very, very basic place & I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
