MASSAGE/SALON
Eden Green, Legian
Our favourite salon for massages is still at 48 Jalan Werkudara, Legian just past Su's Cottages - called Eden Green. Cost 60,000 Rp for a 1 hour full body massage. Manicures and pedicures were done thoroughly and took about 2 hours to do, with a great UV light to dry them properly.

Suku, Kerobokan
We grabbed a taxi to Suku, located just past Geneva and enjoyed a massage one evening. Absolutely lovely and they use hot towels and remove all of the oils before you leave. Do great reflexology too. Big blue sign past Geneva, on the same side of Jalan Kerobokan.

FOOD
We missed out on going to a few new restaurants I had on a hit-list, as we just couldn't go past walking out the door and being right on the step of a great café or restaurant, so we didn't even make it to Eat Street this trip!

Spanish
An old favourite - La Sal on Jalan Drupadi. We had dinner of an assortment of tapas, washed down with beer and sangria. Creamy potatoes, chicken croquettes, two types of prawns, beef empanadas and roasted chops. Cost was about $A100, but absolutely 10/10. The best meal we had in Bali this trip.

Mannekipis (a few doors from Made's Warung at Jl Seminyak No.2)
We sat upstairs, whilst downstairs was pumping with live jazz music. Lovely food - I had a Belgium stew with chips and salad - very tasty and around 50,000 Rp. Hubby had snails as an entrée and meatballs and they both tasted good too. He loved the huge pool table upstairs, so many afternoons were spent with his mate playing pool, whilst I wandered the shops or had massage/nail treatments.

Café Marzano, Legian
This Italian café has moved from Jalan Kunti and set up on the corner of Double Six and Werkudara. Fantastic wood fired pizzas and fresh pastas. (except for the penne which was from a packet but the tortellini and gnocchi were freshly made). Cheap and cheerful with cold beers. The calzone pizza was the best I have ever had. So just had to return again a few times for either lunch or dinner.

Tip for dining is to go to the chemist (here at home in Australia)and invest in a box of Travellan. We ate one before any meal and had absolutely no tummy problems at all. Make sure you pack as a safety insurance.
