Have stayed Villa Balu Asri a couple of times and can recommend it highly (especially Villa @ 8).
Great spot, 2 minute walk to the beach, 5 minute walk to drink street in Seminyak and a quick cab ride to all the uber trendy restaurants in Seminyak/Pettinget.
However listed prices are above the max of $200 a night so unless you can bargin with them by e-mail might be too exe.
