Kids Clubs

Hoping to go back to Bali in October with my 6 year old son. It will just be the 2 of us.
Can anyone recommend a good kids club. I'd prefer to stay at Nusa Dua or Seminyak but if there is a great kids club close to Kuta then i will look at that as well.
