hello I used a guy called hadi he does the same thing but no drink or snack , he waits for you just before the voa area walks you through the locals area has your passport stamped and paid for you wait at the baggage area show him which bag is yours they take it walk you through customs and out to your car.
the cost is the price of your visa + 175,000 rps about $25 aud
takes about 10 to 20 minutes .
