Green Garden is small family run - they own the hotel, resort and Febris I believe. the hotel is pretty old but has a great restaraunt and they answer emails etc very promptly. they were really nice and helpful at all times, the owner organised us to use his car to transport to airport when our transfers didnt show.
Rama Beach was further away in the tuban area and had much better pool area which was gorgeous and large pool bar etc, but worse meals, breakfast was OK but dinner awful. so really depends what your priorities are.
