The place is between Jayakarta and Melasti. But on Jayakarta's road. On the corner, right across from the Circle K. Lots of flashing lights and 'Ladies of the night' downstairs.
Of the many times I walked past, I did not see anyone inside (it is upstairs) other then staff.
To be honest, it looks more like a front for a high class brothel. Each time I walked past, the ladies were very keen to invite me up.
I was at the Jayakarta only last week by the way.
