The upstairs rooms, 20,22 and 24 have a 4 poster bed and closed in private balcony (which has a day bed) but otherwise same as downstairs rooms.
Downstairs rooms, 19, 21 and 23 have a large single and queen bed and front open patio.
All rooms have similar L-shaped couch layout, fridge, tea making facilities, wardrobe, room safe and bathrooms are same, with spa bath, large headed enclosed room closet and toilet at the far end.
If it is a couple I would choose upstairs, singles or families, downstairs.
