Transport to Ubud

Hi, we will be arriving in Bali on 15th May and need to organise transport for 5 adults and 3 children (plus a suitcase each) to Ubud. Should I book this through our travel agent or does anyone have any suggestions on who we could use, we will also need to organise transport to Tuban later in our stay then back to the airport.
