In the Gangs such as Poppies 1 and 2 in Kuta, they can do it but they are pricey. We got a lot done in our village for a lot less, but depends where you are located. The small little stalls quoted us 1000 rp per sticker, we got them done for 400rp per sticker but ordered 200.
Just look for the stickers with terrible statements that someone has obviously ordered in the past and the Balinese stall owners have stuck on their glass cabinets, some are funny, some are just.........
