These are very limited in number, and may be hard to get.
If you are able, I would say that you would be getting about 65sq mtrs of living space plus a patio.
The majority of apartments would be between 90 and 100 sq mtrs on average (Superior and Delux)
You get the same facility in a studio unit (1+1) which are quite a bit cheaper, and certainly easier to book.
These would be similar in size I think to a "normal" hotel room although this is a hard call to make.
All studio units have a small balcony overlooking both pools, and getting afternoon sun.
