because of its location on the beach and close proximity to some great restaurants. You also have choice of 2 pools rather than one and at least in an apartment you have a lot more room and choice of sitting areas, rather than in a bedroom. Courtyard is a nice hotel with a lovely restaurant but not sure of what their breakfast consists of. Doubt if it is buffet style like the KP as they don't have the number of guests to turn over the food
