Hi Jovi Centro is the big shopping centre on Jl Kartika in Tuban. I think from memory the shoe wharehouse is on the 2nd or 3rd floor.
We paid around Rp 215.0000 per pair. The sizes can be tricky especially across the width we didnt have our kids with us only a stencil cut out of their foot, so we got sizes about 2 bigger than the actual stencil and they only just fit them.
