Yes, that is a good rate, especially including breakfast. Interesting that the Griya has a special rate for locals. The beach wing is to the right of the beach pool and is the only part of the hotel that has not been renovated. If you haven't stayed there before you will enjoy your stay. As I have mentioned before it is still my favourite hotel but is now too expensive. The price has gone up US$20 per night since December. Go figure. My TA can get a stay/pay deal which does bring the price down but does not include breakfast. Have a wonderful holiday. Let me know if you need a local driver, Cheers, Stormy
