I am a budget traveller and have been in Bali 2007,8 and 9 and I notice quite an increase this year. Mainly in terms of accommodation and food - often around 20% increase. But, in the case of one of the places I stayed at last year, over 100% increase in the price of a room (with no changes to the rooms!).
I am at the budget level though (I usually pay around 60,000 for a room, I don't pay in US$ rates), so I'm not sure what it's like at different levels.
