We have stayed at the Dynasty many times and have always loved it. We were there for the last 4 days but they were charging us US160 per room per night with no breakfast so we have checked out and are now in a villa between Seminyak and Canggu. Own pool, living area, big fridge, bose sound dock, breakfast included for $5 less than we were paying at the Dynasty.
The padma is nicer than the Dynasty but I think their rooms are around $280 per night.
As of the 1 April prices have gone up considerably so I wouldn't say either is "good value"
