There is a shop on Jl. Bypass Ngurah Rai (L.H. Side)heading towards Airport which sells the complete range of Sunbrella Fabrics. They handle mainly furnishing fabrics. There is also a Spanish fabric similar to Sunbrella which is a little cheaper but they did not recommend it. I am sorry I can not recall its name but enquiries in Bali should enable you to find it quickly.
If you do a google search "sunbrella bali" you will come-up with a number of results which may assist you.
I used Sunbrella fabric on Pool Umbrellas at Lembeh Resort and after almost 12 months you would have thought they were brand-new! I anticipate at the very least 5 years life expectancy even in the extreme conditions there.
