If you have already purchased JB in Australia to carry through KL, why would you be purchasing more at LCC, because this would put you above the Indo limit?!
Seems to me that maybe you should just purchase a small amount at Aus duty free for consumption over the couple of days that you are in KL, and then purchase your full Bali allowance upon departure from LCC.
If you are bold enough, you may put any small excess amount that you may have left over after KL in your check in.....but this is a contentious issue and entirely up to you.
