Hi I stayed at the BGH last October with my 13 year old. It was a great spot and close to everyhting you dont say how old your teens are but as its right next door to shopping centre could be good for them to go do some shopping and a chance for you to have nice cocktail by the bar. I let mine go to bread talk once was a bit nervous the whole 10 mins but all was okay she had phone with her. Right across the road from waterbom and bubba gumps and walkign distance to poppies lane along the beach and everything else. Cheers.
