Kraft processed cheddar, the one in the blue box, is also way better from Oz if you are a connoisseur so shove in a couple of packs of that as well. No problem with luggage weight as the idea is to substitute food for unnecessary stuff like clothes and underwear - you buy those in Bali. Use any leftovers as a gift for the staff.
