The wife & I did a 1/2 day (morning with market tour) class. Very impressed with the the whole thing. Extremely clean & professionally run.
Our tutor (for want of a better word) was able to explain the difference in product & quantity used in Bali as opposed to that in Australia & Europe.
Were having lunch at Bumbu Bali in Ubud, last visit. The meal was excellent, thou they were conducting a cooking class on the premises whilst we were there. The class seemed to be enjoying themselves, however, from an observation point of view, they seemed to lack a little from that of Anika. A) cleanliness B) professionalism, I guess.
Would definitely do Anika again
